6. Services for Environmental Noise Testing

6.1. The Alfapreving Institute is authorized by the competent Ministry for Environmental Protection, as per Decision No. 353-01-03969/2022-03, in accordance with the Accreditation Certificate (accreditation number 01-468 dated 08.10.2022) meeting the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, issued by the Accreditation Body of Serbia, for conducting environmental noise testing.

6.2.1 Measurement of community noise

Community noise originates from private or public areas. Activities that generate noise (individual, commercial, industrial, recreational, etc.) are subject to national regulations and international directives on environmental protection. This approach requires noise measurement over a specific period, which depends on the nature of the sources and the complexity of the noise signals.

6.2.2 Measurement of industrial noise

In order to ensure good relations with the local community, companies must control their noise emissions. Companies may take this step either because they are compelled by law or because they want to demonstrate their environmental awareness and commitment to sustainable development.

We conduct measurements in accordance with legal regulations, but also for the purpose of verifying and controlling noise during specific events (festivals, concerts, sports events, etc.). We also carry out monitoring upon individual requests to address citizens' complaints.

6.3 Expert Team with Years of Experience in Noise Measurement

Based on our extensive experience, expert staff, and modern equipment for measurement and analysis, we can meet all requirements for noise measurement. We are capable of conducting measurements either as short-term assessments or as long-term monitoring (continuously for 24 hours or over multiple days).
